Henry Lichtmacher began dancing at the age of three and received his formal training at City Ballet San Francisco, the Zurich Dance Academy, and the American Ballet Theatre Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis (ABT JKO) School. During the 2024–25 season, Henry danced with Houston Ballet II, performing in works with both the second company and the main company.

In addition to his dancing, Henry is an emerging choreographer. Over the past two years, he has created original works for the ABT JKO School, the Houston Ballet Academy, and the Skylar Campbell Dance Collective. He was also awarded the Prix de Lausanne’s 2025 Young Creation Award. Through his choreography, Henry seeks to create narrative pieces that express his own self-discovery as well as his perspectives on the world around him.
