Our Board

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Henry is a Columbia College student studying Cognitive Science. He is from San Francisco, California and received his formal ballet training at City Ballet San Francisco, Tanz Akademie Zürich, and the American Ballet Theatre Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis (ABT JKO) School. Henry danced professionally with Houston Ballet II. In addition to his dancing, Henry has choreographed works for the ABT JKO School, the Houston Ballet Academy, Prix de Lausanne, the Skylar Campbell Dance Collective, and Columbia Ballet Collaborative, and he was the recipient of Prix de Lausanne’s 2025 Young Creation Award.

ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Originally from Seattle, Washington, William McClure Stout is a student at Columbia College (CC ’29), where he is pursuing a degree in Film & Media Studies with a concentration in Business.

His journey in dance began through Pacific Northwest Ballet’s DanceChance outreach program. William went on to study at the San Francisco Ballet School and the School of American Ballet, graduating from SAB in the spring of 2026. His training has also taken him to summer programs at the Royal Ballet, Royal Danish Ballet, Accademia Teatro alla Scala, and Boston Ballet.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, William is the founder of The Will to Dance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers the next generation of dancers through outreach and film initiatives.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Sreya Sathish-Kumar grew up in Seattle, Washington, where she trained with the International Ballet Academy. She later joined Ellison Ballet’s Professional Training Program in Manhattan, New York, and trained there for two years before coming to Columbia University. She has received awards at competitions such as Youth America Grand Prix and the American Dance Competition Youth International Ballet Competition, as well as scholarships from San Francisco Ballet, Houston Ballet, and American Ballet Theatre. Sreya is currently a junior in Columbia College, studying Neuroscience and Behavior on the pre-med track, and is so excited to be a part of the CBC board.

ASSISTANT ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Natalia is a student at Columbia University’s School of General Studies studying psychology. She grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she began her formal training at Charlotte Ballet Academy before attending Houston Ballet Academy on a full merit scholarship. She danced professionally with Houston Ballet II and, in 2024, joined the Miami City Ballet as a corps de ballet member. 

Natalia has been awarded prestigious scholarships while at the Houston Ballet, including the Lauren Anderson Young Dancer Scholarship and The Ira and Myra Brown Young Dancer Scholarship, as well as a full merit scholarship to the ABT JKO School. Ballet has brought Natalia around the world, including performing Swan Lake in Japan while on tour with Houston Ballet, and representing Houston Ballet at Canada National Ballet School’s Assembleé Internationale 2023. Natalia has attended summer intensives such as the Royal Ballet School, Princess Grace Academy, and the School of American Ballet. She has also directed, choreographed, and danced in a film that was showcased in the American Festival of the Arts. Natalia is excited to join CBC’s board after performing with CBC for two semesters.

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Emi Horkan grew up in California’s Bay Area, training locally before joining the San Francisco Ballet School, where she performed with San Francisco Ballet in Don Quixote and in Alexei Ratmansky’s The Seasons. She completed her high school education at Canada’s National Ballet School, graduating in 2024. Her summer studies have included an exchange with the Royal Danish Ballet’s Apprentice Program and intensives at The Royal Ballet School, American Ballet Theatre, and English National Ballet School.

At Columbia College, Emi plans to major in Financial Economics and is excited to join the CBC board after performing with the collaborative during her first two semesters!

ASSISTANT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Fiona is a sophomore at Columbia College planning on majoring in environmental chemistry. Growing up in Anchorage, Alaska, Fiona trained at Alaska Dance Theatre before leaving to train for a semester at the Ballet Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, followed by a year in the pre-professional division at the Grainger Academy of Joffrey Ballet in Chicago, where she performed the Silver Fairy variation from Sleeping Beauty, La Bayadere Pas de Trois, and excerpts from the fairies in Frederick Ashton’s Cinderella. Additionally, Fiona trained at Ballet West’s Professional Training Division, where she performed in Ballet West II’s production of Beauty and the Beast, Breadcrumb Fairy in Sleeping Beauty, and Vespri. She completed her high school education online through AKChoice K-12.

Fiona has attended summer intensives at Pacific Northwest Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Ballet West, the The Grainger Academy of the Joffrey Ballet, Nashville Ballet Choreographic Intensive, and Master Ballet Academy.

After performing with CBC for the past three semesters, Fiona is excited to join the CBC board and continue performing with the collaborative in coming semester.

PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR

JiaLi Deck is a student at Barnard College studying dance and sociology. She began dancing when she was 3 years old at the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis, MO. In her time there, she trained in ballet, horton, contemporary, & jazz and was a member of two pre-professional dance companies. She has attended summer intensives at BalletX, Alonzo King’s Lines Ballet, Ballet West, and Cincinnati Ballet and was selected as an outstanding soloist representing the midwest region at the Regional Dance America 2024 national conference. She is so excited to be a part of the CBC board and continue the work of this incredible organization.

ASSISTANT PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR

Originally from Monaco in the South of France, Lea Boustany is a student at Barnard College (BC '29), where she is pursuing a degree while combining her interests in the arts, communications, and public relations.

Lea began her dance journey later than many of her peers, discovering ballet at the age of fifteen. Shortly after, she joined Baletu Arte Jazz's Pre-Professional Program, where she quickly developed a passion for classical ballet and performance. Since then, she has trained extensively in contemporary, ballet and modern dance, earning recognition in national competitions and continuing her artistic development through collegiate performance opportunities. At Barnard and Columbia, she has performed with the Pina Bausch Lab, Zojea Azeke, CBC and remains committed to exploring dance as both an artistic and collaborative practice.

OUTREACH DIRECTOR

Sharon Choi is a student at Columbia University’s School of General Studies planning to major in Economics. She trained at Sunhwa Arts Middle School in Seoul before attending the Prix de Lausanne and later studying at the Académie Princesse Grace in Monaco for three years. After graduating from APG, she joined Tulsa Ballet II and is excited to continue dancing and contributing to the Columbia Ballet Collaborative.
