Ellie Frith grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she trained at what is now Charlotte Ballet Academy from the ages of 7 to 15. Ellie then attended the Houston Ballet Academy for her final two years of high school, and after graduating spent two years dancing professionally with Houston Ballet II and the National Ballet of Canada. Ellie is a junior in the School of General Studies majoring in Political Science-Statistics, and has danced with CBC since her first semester at Columbia.
